OK, so a lot of PC users may require help either installing software, making customizations, or getting parts for their computers. Well users could easily get help either by sites with information that concerns the problem and find a solution through forums or they could have a PC expert talk them through the work, or have the expert use remote access to fix it themselves. A user could also ask a friend for assistance if the said "friend" was computer literate enough.
